Plant Sale at the Lichterman Nature Center

Join us at the Lichterman Nature Center on April 12 and 13.

Volunteers grow plants for our community using environmentally sustainable horticulture practices. Their focus is on native and wildlife friendly plants including important butterfly larval host plants and colorful pollinator favorites, as well as plants with stories to tell.

This sale will feature milkweeds, ferns, and an abundant selection of  butterfly favorites such as blazing star, ironweed, salvia,  phlox, sunflowers, blanketflower and coneflowers. Important butterfly larval host plants, herbs and colorful nectar plants will also be available.

The Plant Sale is also great times to drop off empty pots for the Nature Center to recycle.
