Be a Mad Scientist for a Night
Unleash your inner mad scientist at the Mad Scientist Ball on June 9, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at MoSH! We have an unforgettable evening of science, music, and culture planned to celebrate the opening of our newest exhibits, “America at The Crossroads: The GUITAR and A Changing Nation” and “Grind City Picks: The Music That Made Memphis.”
From blues and jazz to rock and roll, these exhibits showcase the guitar’s impact on American music and culture and how the instrument has shaped different genres of music throughout history, including the contributions from legendary Memphis musicians. With unlimited food and beverages from Alchemy and Salt I Soy, you can fuel your curiosity and creativity all night long.
Rock out with the exciting and interactive Thumpdaddy Band throughout the night.
Don’t miss the real stars of the show – the science experiments provided by Magic Mr. Nick and MoSH, including the Wheel of Hypnosis or Science, Vanishing H20 or Science, Bioplastic Guitar Pick Creation, and more!
