The Fifth Element

In the 23rd century, Earth faces annihilation from a massive ball of fire hurtling toward the planet. The key to stopping it lies in four mystical stones, guarded by an ancient order and embodied by a mysterious woman named Leeloo (Milla Jovovich). When Leeloo literally falls into the cab of Korben Dallas (Bruce Willis), a former special forces major turned taxi driver, he is thrust into a race against time. With the guidance of Cornelius (Ian Holm), an old monk, and the interference of ruthless industrialist Jean-Baptiste Emanuel Zorg (Gary Oldman), Korben and Leeloo must recover the stones and unlock the secret to saving humanity from an ancient cosmic evil.
