Type of Events: Public and Private Milestone Events, Fundraisers, Galas, Nonprofit & Corporate, and Ticketed Events. Outdoor events end at 10pm, all events end at 11pm at the latest.
Miscellaneous: Early Drop off/late pick up $750. Additional event hours $500 (up to 11pm). Photo Shoot 2-hour minimum, tenting fee required.
