Summer on Central

Join us for summer camp at MoSH Central! Enjoy a week-long exploration of the sciences and the history of our Universe. Explore the layers that separate us from Earth’s explosive insides with geologists and real dig-site artifacts. Use our state-of-the-art planetarium to figure out what awaits us in space and see some of the ways that scientists are using technology and computers to close the vast distance between us and the stars in the night sky. Ages: 1st graders – 5th graders

9 AM- 3 PM

Before and after care available from 7:30–9 AM and 3:00-6:00 PM

Before & After Care Cost:

Before Care – $25 for entire week

After Care – $50 for entire week

5-day camp experience

$235 for members and $245 for non-members

Camp Lichterman

Walk on the wild side this summer at Camp Lichterman! Fly over to Nature Explorers Camps this summer to enjoy nature walks, live animal encounters, STEM projects, nature games and natural crafts to satisfy the nature and outdoor loving camper. Use nets to catch butterflies, learn about native plants and animals, pretend you are a black bear living in the woods, and grow your own Earth baby during these fun-filled camps. Enjoy the great outdoors this summer right in the heart of Memphis at Lichterman Nature Center.

Ages: Kindergarten – 8th graders

Weekly Camps:

May 31 – June 3 – (Four day camp week of May 31st due to Memorial Day weekend)

June 6 – 10

June 13 – 17

August 1 – 5

9 AM -3 PM
