MoSH-Lichterman’s annual fall Scarecrow Contest and Displays run September 30 through November 10. Individuals, businesses, neighborhoods, non-profits, clubs, senior centers, classrooms, and scout troops create something special for 10,000 visitors/year to enjoy. ‘Crows are displayed in trailside locations around the special event lawn, trails and lake.
Being a part of this fun event is easy: the application fee covers a PVC scarecrow framework & support and sign … contestants provide the creativity.
Cash prizes are awarded for Best STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and math), Best Guitar Hero, Greenest, Most Creative, and Most Popular Scarecrows. Entries are eligible for all categories. Application fee $40.
